Today we finally see the first unknown source case in USA in UC Davis, starting from Wednesday when a patient in critical condition transfered from another hospital to UC Davis medical facility. From Wednesday to Sunday they didn’t protect medical staffs with proper response to COvid19, they only made protection for regular flu. They didn’t test him for COvid19 since it didn’t fit in CDC criteria， just exactly like what happened in Wuhan the earlier stage. On Sunday, finally CDC decided to test it and it is positive reported yesterday.
Clearly government is tightening control of any information about the virus and ban health workers and scientists to directly reported information to the public. Any information released to the public must be channeled to vice president first. Yes, that is exactly what Chinese government has been done and now we see continuously that US government and CDC are copying Chinese mistakes again. Why this is the key mistakes since anyone in this report chain can choke it either misunderstanding it or for other hidden reasons. During 2003 SARS outbreak, Chinese government discovered this problem and established earlier warning system which in theory any doctor or officer can trickle the alarm. But this system failed miserably this time again, why? Because the government cracked down any information may lead to public panic, so they went back to the old way and this is why Dr. Li became a national hero since he released the information outside the bureaucrat system directly to the public. Why this is important, since we are dealing with fast evolving life and death event, just like fighting a battlefield, if local officer has to report to central government before warning nearby people, it will be too late and no way to work efficiently. This US government and CDC are repeating exactly those mistakes what happened in Wuhan and will result in millions of people suffering from the virus. You may be surprised and believe that US government is a totally different organization structure compared with the Chinese government. Well, when both come to face the unknown threat from the virus, both acted identically. Surprised? no so, since both are rooted at the same place in Spirit world and this is exactly what God wants to expose and so USA can be better prepared for Jacob’s Tribulation. So when bad thing happened in USA, we need to focus on this main purpose from God, so we can learn from these mistakes. This will be the key difference between US government and Chinese government.
How do we stay vigliant and avoid the panic? How do we prepare the community to stay vigilant, but not panic and anxious. We can look some examples in the history. We will not mention from which true event, but instead we focus on case study. Case 1: when a local clinic discovered a plague starting to spread，the top governer did not cover it up, instead he sent telegram of 500 words to all regional officer. This telegram included what is coming, what need to be done, how to protect your own people, and how to feedback. At the same time, he sent out as many teams as possible to 25000 local villages to demonstrate how to quarantine sick patient, how to take care of them without getting infected yourself. All these were hand by hand demonstration. In the end there was no panic, no massive flee from infected areas, and no stopping normal farm works. Within a few months, the plague was defeated. Why because the key panic is not from diseases, but from distrust to the government. When people understand what need to be done to solve the problem, they will follow. When the people do not trust their government, then everything will fall apart and real panic starts.
The second case is when a local restaurant discovered a plague, a local officer sealed up the place and put everyone into quarantine. But it turned out that the person in charge of acting quarantine released 9 persons into the city, in the end the whole city got infected. Why, because the officer didn’t want them to be panic, so when he described the situation, he didn’t emphasize how important this quarantine to protect even their own family. When the person who was in charge of quarentine and who also known well about these 9 persons, in the end he was convinced that it was not serious, only procaution to hold them here for a few days. So, he released them. We see a lot of conflict information coming out from US government including CDC. We cannot treat this disease as a regular flu. If we do so, when the true face shows up to unprepared people, panic is inevitable. If we stay alert and avoid many unnecessary crowd gathering events, we may not only save ourselves, but also our family as well. For these events, none will over-prepare and most people will be under prepared which inevitable lead to panic and anxiety.
As we mentioned yesterday, our dependence is solely on GOD’s protection and GOD will only bless those who are well prepared. So, let us be prepared, let us focus on what GOD is focusing on, not only be prepared for this event, but also Jacob’s Tribulation. We are fast approaching to a critical moment in USA. If today’s rested 3625 cases have 10% or more positive, we will see everything will continue to free fall. If only 1% or 30 people, then everything will go back to normal and stock will bounce back sharply. Nevertheless, the danger has not yet to come, just be prepared.
